Return Policy
Because each item offered is vintage, rare, and often one-of-a-kind, all return requests are reviewed carefully to protect both our customers and the integrity of these collectible pieces. Each item is individually photographed and described, and those photographs and descriptions constitute the official record of the item’s condition at the time of shipment. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Authorization Required
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

2. Documentation Requirement
To ensure accuracy and prevent condition disputes, return approval requires clear photographic documentation including front and back of item, label close-ups, packaging, and visible fill level.
3. Item Description & Vintage Condition Acknowledgment
All items are vintage collectible fragrances and may exhibit age-related characteristics consistent with long-term storage and age. Listing photographs represent the actual item and its exact condition at the time of shipment. Minor cosmetic wear, natural fill variation, and age-related changes are normal characteristics of vintage fragrances and do not constitute “item not as described.”
Personal scent preference, sensitivity to fragrance notes, or perceived performance differences from modern formulations are not valid grounds for return.
4. Condition of Return
Items must be returned in the exact same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, seals, cords, stoppers, inserts, and accompanying materials. Any evidence of use, spraying, opening, tampering, liquid removal, damage, or alteration will void return eligibility.
5. Return Shipping
Once return authorization is approved, the item must be shipped within five calendar days. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, tracking, and insurance. Returned items must be packaged securely in a rigid shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
6. Inspection & Refunds
All returned items are carefully inspected and compared against original listing photographs and shipment documentation. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method after inspection is completed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or sprayed fragrances, final sale items, items damaged after delivery, international orders, and items returned without prior authorization are not eligible for return.
8. International Orders
All international sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted on international orders.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled once shipped.
10. Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Policy
Due to the collectible and tamper-sensitive nature of vintage fragrance items, shipment documentation may include photographs, packaging verification, weight verification, and shipment records. By completing a purchase, buyer acknowledges that vintage-related characteristics described in Section 3 do not constitute misrepresentation or grounds for payment disputes or chargebacks.
